Today is the one year anniversary of my Art Chat live show over on Instagram. We are celebrating and I wanted to talk about some of the things I’ve learned over the last 12 months about life, creativity, and about myself.

On March 30th of last year, I did my first ever live video on Instagram. I was petrified at the thought of putting myself in that kind of situation and the possibility of messing up or embarrassing myself in front of (what I thought could be) the entire Internet.

Now we are coming up on almost a whole year of Art Chats and I am going to have a special episode event to celebrate!
